The Prince Edward Island School Trustees Association is an association of 29 trustees that provides professional development to its members. It also acts as a clearing house for information received from other education sources. The Association is made up of six PEI Trustee Representatives and an elected President at large.

The report is going to be a hard sell in PEI. Islanders don't want to be told to adopt any practices that they haven't thought of themselves, nor do they seem to have any appetite for closing smaller rural schools. It's too bad, because we really can't continue they way we've been going.
